Advertising Sales and Marketing Reps

Every Homesin website is run by a local digital mayor. Homesin.com provides the tools, training, technology and support, while the Digital Mayor runs the show locally earning commissions on advertising sales to local business owners. This is primarily a marketing & sales position and full and part time positions are available.
Our advertising sales team works with local small businesses like preschools, restaurants, dance studios and local service businesses to sell them advertising programs that will achieve their marketing goals.
Each sales executive is assigned to a team of real estate members from across the country who are your local ‘partners’ and feet on the ground in the communities within your sales territory.
In addition to an ad on town page they will also be featured on town facebook page and receive new neighbor leads. Everytime there is closing in town we email new neighbor info to business owner inbox.
This is an all-around position for Communications and Agent Services, with emphasis on social media content, posting and maintenance. Half of your time will be spent on creating and maintaining a social media strategy for this large real estate brokerage, creating content and training agents on major social media platforms. Ability to effectively use Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter at a minimum. Knowledge of online advertising strategies helpful - or be ready to learn.
The other half of the job entails a variety of agent-oriented services from assisting with events, advertising sales,paperwork, mailings, training, etc.This is an entry level position, but you have the opportunity to make yourself a key member of our team. Responsibilities • Maintain social media presence for company and assist agents in setting up their social media activities • Curate content for social media accounts • Assist in producing basic training and promotional video content • Provide assistance in a range of other agent-oriented services from training, events, paperwork, mailings, etc. Qualifications • Familiar with various social media platforms and how to effectively use them • Creative and willing to think outside the box while maintaining focus and reliability • Organized, able to adapt quickly to changing task demands • Strong verbal and written communication skills
